S.S. Baltic

Le Baltic est un paquebot britannique mis en service pour la White Star Line en 1904. Il appartient à une série de paquebots construits entre 1901 et 1907 pour la compagnie, les Big Four, avec le Celtic, le Cedric et l'Adriatic. À sa mise en service, il est le plus grand paquebot jamais construit, ayant été retouché durant sa construction dans les chantiers Harland & Wolff de Belfast afin de surpasser ses prédécesseurs.

The Baltic is a British liner put into service for the White Star Line in 1904. It belongs to a series of liners built between 1901 and 1907 for the company, the Big Four, with the Celtic, the Cedric and the Adriatic. When it was commissioned, it was the largest liner ever built, having been reworked during its construction at the Harland & Wolff shipyards in Belfast in order to surpass its predecessors.
